Job Description

What you will be doing?

  1. Manages  a portfolio of sales reports and executes them in agreed to time cadence
  2. Partners collaboratively with Global National, Regional Sales and Operations resources to refine reports
  3. Identifies report process inefficiencies and develops a plan to eliminate waste
  4. Consults on report options to identify and support programs to drive sales efficiency
  5. Provides thoughtful insights based on data and trends
  6. Researches the market for best in class reporting processes and options to insert automation.
  7. Structures analytical approaches and developing relevant reports
  8. Develops recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance
  9. Collaborates across businesses, functions, and regions
  10. Facilitates the quoting, processing and tracking of Box Sales via Dynamics and Navision
  11. Assists with the maintenance and implementation of the existing Lamp program

What Experience, Skills and Attributes will you need to be successful? 

  1. The ability to articulate Sales Operations practices Channels, Inside Sales, PreSales, Compensation, Order Management, etc.
  2. Experience with end to end sales life cycle,  processes and tools
  3. Ability to articulate the sales life cycle from lead to close
  4. Ability to deliver exceptional attention to visual & design nuances in analysis presentation
  5. Exceptional analytical, reporting data manipulation, dashboard creation, problem-solving, and PowerBI skills
  6. Detail-oriented but can also see the big picture. Can crunch the numbers and clearly articulate the key takeaways in an executive summary.
  7. Proficient in Power-Point, and able to build professional, executive worthy decks
  8. Ability to thrive in an agile environment and meet critical deadlines
  9. Strong written and verbal skills
  10. Strong relationship management skills
  11. Group facilitation and influence skills
  12. Self-direction; will seek out information as needed to achieve the right outcomes
  13. Ability to independently draft narratives for different audiences

What qualifications are required?

  1. 3-5 years of business intelligence experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales reporting and analytics
  2. Experience with CRM & Microsoft Office Suite
  3. Experience with PowerBI
