Job Description

JOB SUMMARY: Acrelec America is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Executive, to provide digital solutions and cultivate sales in the retail technology space. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow the US presence in a global company and must come equipped with a strong sales background and relationship skills, and verifiable industry connections. The Retail Sales Executive must multi-task effectively and offer accurate input and solutions to help advance new and existing sales and relationships with assigned clients, and will work with targeted retail brands and establishments, including department, apparel, construction, home and convenience stores. The compensation structure consists of a competitive base salary and a meaningful commission plan, that can more than double the salary base. This full-time position reports to the Managing Director.


  • Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Deliver excellent customer service with high levels of customer satisfaction, involving other sales team members or team leaders as needed
  • Grow revenue in assigned territory
  • Work with customers to determine needs; recommend the appropriate solution to solve customer’s challenge
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Submit regular sales activity reports into the company’s CRM software, and maintain clean and updated records for all leads and customers
  • Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers


  • 5-7 years’ experience in sales focused on senior or C-Level contacts, preferably outside sales and managing extended geographical territory
  • Up to 30% travel is required, experience in business travel preferred
  • Experience in the retail industry at corporate level
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to make timely and sound business decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
