Job Description

MarketScale is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and improve product and process quality. Work with dashboards, databases and best in class software, tools and technology to monitor daily operations, reviewing product and customer interactions for quality in accordance with company standards. Deliver quality reports to management, offering suggestions and coaching to colleagues and managers alike.

Report to Director of Operations, and build a solid daily routine of monitoring, documenting and improving the quality of products, service and customer interactions.

Key Duties

 

  • Review delivered products and compare against company standards for quality and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Review customer engagement for quality and best practices, on email, phone and project management software
  • Deliver reports on quality assessment
  • Influence and develop new quality standards
  • Work with dashboards, transcripts and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Attend meetings, and send reports to colleagues

 

Skills Needed

 

  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with ability to identify poor grammar or style in communications
  • Proficiency in Office tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem solving and pattern recognition
  • Professional interpersonal skills with high comfort level in meetings or speaking to small groups
  • Willingness and ability to provide corrective feedback and constructive criticism to colleagues
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and accept coaching, especially in the use of digital tools and technology to enhance productivity

 

Requirements

 

  • Five years’ minimum experience in business, healthcare, college or government professional environments
  • Two years’ minimum experience in customer service, quality assurance, or related role; management or oversight of processes or small teams a plus
  • Minimum Education Level: Associates Degree or equivalent
