Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing, executing and tracking marketing projects that generate new opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Responsible for managing lead generation, website development, content curation/creation and sales collateral
  • Planning, directing and coordinating marketing efforts
  • Working with sales team, enabling them to meet their objectives by providing appropriate tools, materials and presentations
  • Identifying new potential customers
  • Management and implementation of marketing strategy – campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR
  • Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish
  • Drive B2B growth by building relevant tools, developing and executing marketing campaigns to build client retention and foster industry reputation
  • Create high-impact, go to market strategy to support our sales process by developing marketing collateral, industry presentations and thought-leadership
  • Engage with key stakeholders among the executive team to drive successful product and campaign launches and ongoing profitable sales growth
  • Build brand awareness and primary demand creation including social media, search engine optimization, mass emails, and other traditional marketing sources
  • Create and maintain content and digital assets to use and leverage across Clarus
  • Manage marketing budget and track ROI
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify key business needs and opportunities
  • Create landing pages, call-to-action, update website pages, and optimize websites to improve conversion rates
  • Implement and manage marketing automation platforms (HubSpot)
  • Use analytics to drive marketing decision making
  • Provide reporting on performance and outcomes from marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage organic and paid campaigns with a focus on lead acquisition
  • Strategy and execution for SEO, social media, content, and conversion rate optimization
  • Set goals using lead generation rates as a baseline
  • Contribute to action plans, strategy, and marketing recommendations
  • Continually improve your skills, education, and certifications

  • Understand and influence the design of lead flow, pipeline generation, and marketing automation that will maximize the impact of campaigns
  • Work in close partnership with Sales and Marketing Ops teams on a technical stack and vendors that return results
  • Execute and optimize digital marketing spend against strategy for expansion
  • Set and manage budget across channels to maximize ROI
  • Constantly learn and test new tactics to help the team grow
  • Utilize attribution tools to measure efficacy of campaigns
  • Analyze performance data, including CRM account data, to improve performance
