Primary Responsibilities

  • Work with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
  • Understand the Dynamics 365 implementation journey and define user requirements
  • Assist with business process documentation related to Dynamics 365 within Mavim (Business Process Management) application
  • Assist with creating organizational change management activities such as stakeholder assessments, communication plans, learning and development plans, etc.
  • Define and execute test cases
  • Assist with training documentation and delivery for IT initiatives
  • Assist with business case development and executive status materials
  • Coach end users to make use of technology and information
  • Can work with data to identify patterns, use judgment to form conclusions that may challenge conventional wisdom and focus on any issues at hand
  • Convey technical business issues to diverse audiences in a professional manner
  • Seek to understand the business needs and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service
  • Other enterprise initiative support work as directed by PMO Director

Job Requirements      


  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree
  • Broad IT domain experience in two or more of the following areas: Process Management, Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support
  • Willingness to travel to the Heico operating companies – up to 40% depending on project needs

  • Knowledge of both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Lean methodologies
  • Experience in converting business requirements and functional requirements to use cases, epics, and user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated ability to quantify resource requirements and measure and communicate proposed project benefits
  • Strong risk assessment, problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to engage both developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes
